Eunoia Mobility Earns Certified Autism Center™ Designation, Advancing Inclusive Journey Support Across the UAE

Becoming a Certified Autism Center™ reinforces the standard we expect of ourselves: to listen, prepare, adapt and support each individual with understanding, patience and respect.”
— Mohamed Abuelgasim, Founder & CEO of Eunoia Mobility

DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, September 16, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- The International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES) proudly announces that Eunoia Mobility, a UAE-based accessibility-first mobility and journey-support company, has earned the Certified Autism Center™ (CAC) designation.

To achieve the designation, Eunoia Mobility was required to meet IBCCES training requirements, including at least 80% team completion of autism and sensory-sensitivity training and certification. Eunoia Mobility exceeded this requirement, achieving 100% completion among team members participating in the certification program. The training extends across frontline Mobility Champions and Care Companions, Journey Coordinators, Service Ambassadors, managers and back-office teams, reinforcing a shared standard of understanding across every stage of the journey.

As part of the certification process, IBCCES also conducted an onsite review of Eunoia Mobility’s operations, providing an additional assessment of accessibility considerations and opportunities to further strengthen the overall journey experience. Eunoia Mobility supports autistic and sensory-sensitive individuals, their families, residents and visitors across journeys connected to healthcare and therapy, education, employment, airports and travel, hotels and tourism, events, community participation and everyday mobility.

“At Eunoia Mobility, accessibility is a core operating principle, not a specialist function. We believe every person in our organization, from frontline teams to managers, leadership and colleagues working behind the scenes, has a role in creating journeys that are safe, predictable, dignified and responsive to individual needs.

“That is why we invest deliberately in autism-informed education, continuous learning and practical, sensory-aware support across our services. Becoming a Certified Autism Center™ reinforces the standard we expect of ourselves: to listen, prepare, adapt and support each individual with understanding, patience and respect.

“As Eunoia Mobility grows, our goal is to make autism-informed and inclusive mobility part of how we operate every day, not an exception to the journey, but an expectation within it,” says Mohamed Abuelgasim, Founder & CEO of Eunoia Mobility.
For passengers with physical mobility requirements, Eunoia Mobility operates wheelchair-accessible vehicles and provides securement for mobility equipment. Coordinated journey communication and real-time trip visibility can also help authorized families, caregivers and partners remain informed throughout the journey.

“Mobility can determine whether someone feels able to access healthcare, education, employment and community life,” says Myron Pincomb, IBCCES board chairman and CEO. “Eunoia is embedding accessibility across the complete journey, from preparation and communication to the experience inside the vehicle. We are proud to recognize Eunoia Mobility as a Certified Autism Center™ and support its commitment to making everyday movement more predictable, dignified and empowering for autistic and sensory-sensitive individuals and People of Determination.”

For 25 years, IBCCES has been a leader in providing autism, sensory, and neurodiversity training and certification for professionals worldwide, including those in healthcare, education, public safety, travel, and corporate sectors. As the only credentialing board offering these programs, IBCCES provides training from subject matter experts and autistic self-advocates, along with long-term support, continuous learning, onsite reviews, and renewal requirements to ensure continued growth and lasting impact.

To further support inclusivity efforts, Eunoia Accessible Transport LLC is now featured on the IBCCES Accessibility App, a free tool that provides individuals with disabilities real-time guidance on certified locations, sensory-friendly spaces, and tailored recommendations. By connecting users to accessible locations worldwide, the app helps individuals and families identify organizations that have completed IBCCES certification requirements.

IBCCES also provides access to resources such as AccessibilityCertified.com and AutismTravel.com, free online tools for families that list certified locations and professionals. Each organization listed on the site has met IBCCES certification requirements.
